Board of Directors

Larry Bohn
Larry Bohn is a managing director of General Catalyst Partners, where he focuses on the software infrastructure, enterprise software applications and information technology sectors. In addition to QUMAS, Larry is a board member of Demandware, Black Duck Software, ChoiceStream, Optaros and OzVision, all active General Catalyst investments. He also served on the board of Venetica Corporation, a General Catalyst investment acquired by IBM in 2004. Prior to joining General Catalyst, Larry was the chairman, president and CEO of NetGenesis, a market leading software and analytic solutions provider that he took public in 2000 and which was subsequently acquired. Prior to NetGenesis, Larry was president of PC DOCS, Inc., a leading developer of document management software for enterprise networks. Under his leadership, PC DOCS' product advanced to the number one market position. He also led the company's highly successful IPO. Larry is an honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has a master's degree in linguistics from Clark University.


Simon Clark
A partner in the Fidelity Ventures London office, Simon Clark focuses on investment opportunities in emerging European and Israeli technology companies. Prior to joining Fidelity in 1999, Simon was chief financial officer and international general manager of TheStreet.com, (NASDAQ: TSCM) a leading financial news Web site. At TheStreet.com, he managed two rounds of venture fundraising and the IPO process. He was also responsible for the company's IT infrastructure and set up its international operations. Prior to TheStreet.com, Simon spent nearly 10 years at Reuters in various finance, IT and general management positions and, in 1995, established and ran Reuters.com. Simon has a master's degree in politics, philosophy and economics from Wadham College Oxford.


Frank Kenny
Frank Kenny founded venture capitalist firm Delta Partners in 1994, having worked the previous 10 years with Burr, Egan, Deleage & Co. in Boston. Frank has been on the board of several private U.S. technology companies and was on two NASDAQ boards, Abacus Direct Corporation and Vivid Technologies Inc., from 1989 to 1999. In addition to QUMAS, he currently serves on a number of private boards, including Advanced Surgical Concepts, Kelvinside, AGI Therapeutics, Neurocure and Neoss. Frank has a bachelor's degree in communications and a master's degree in economics from University College Dublin and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago.


Simon B Moss
Simon Moss is currently CEO of Avistar Communications Corporation, which provides an integrated suite of video-enabled applications. Prior to Avistar, Simon was CEO of Mantas, Inc., which became a leading provider of Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering software, and where he turned the business around and led it through a successful acquisition by Oracle. Prior to Mantas, Simon was a Partner at Price Waterhouse Coopers and a Director at IBM, where he held multiple positions including being a founding member of its Global Risk Management Practice. Simon focuses on business market acceleration and top line success.


Debbie Rennick
Debbie Rennick, BCL, PDA, ACA, joined KPMG in 1990 where she specialized in corporate finance and focused on a variety of M&A transactions, fund-raising activities and provided strategic, corporate and financial advice. Debbie qualified as a chartered accountant in 1993 and joined ACT Venture Capital Limited in 1995 where she is now a partner. At ACT, she represents a number of investee companies including QUMAS. Debbie has a law degree from University College Dublin and a diploma in professional accounting from Dublin City University.


Paul W. Hands
Paul Hands is a successful business graduate and entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology solutions for the life sciences industry. He founded QUMAS in 1994 after recognizing the life sciences industry's need for finished applications to manage vast amounts of documentation in compliance with the regulations and guidelines set forth by bodies such as the USFDA, EMEA and ISO. He has served as CEO since the company's founding and works closely with the executive management team to shape QUMAS future strategies. Prior to the establishment of QUMAS and numerous other business ventures, Paul held a number of senior management positions within the technology sector and continues to serve as a board member of several firms.


Kevin O'Leary
Kevin O'Leary has been with QUMAS since its inception and was responsible for the original design and development of the company's first product release. Kevin has worked within regulated industries since 1987 and has extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance solutions. He established the company's presence in the United States in 1997 and now serves as the company's chief executive officer. Having originally majored in computer science, Kevin pursued further studies in industrial management and now works closely with regulators and industry organizations to ensure that QUMAS solutions meet the compliance needs of regulated companies.
